Return
In order to avoid unnecessary packaging materials, we ask you to choose your order as carefully as possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are very sorry. A return is of course possible:
Returns are possible within 14 working days of package acceptance. All items must be returned unused, in 100% salable condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. If you would like to return an order, please email us with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your return. If we receive unauthorized returns, we will return them to the sender. The shipping costs for the returned package are to be borne by the customer and amount to €4.95.
As soon as we receive an accepted return, we will refund the money, minus the return costs, within a few days.
Please follow the steps listed for your return:
- Fill out the return form below and send it off.
- After your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with a return label and a return form .
- Place the item in the original box or a similarly secure box.
- Please fill out the return form and include it with your return.
- Print out the return label and stick it clearly visible on the shipping box and close it securely.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you the money, minus the return costs, within a few days.

If items arrive damaged, please send us an email with photos showing the damage to the item and your order number. We will then contact you as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
